Raised by the crystal-clear streams of the Alps, this Swiss aristocrat, a member of the Cape family bearing the title of Duke, was nurtured by a distinguished family tradition. He studied equestrian arts, immersed himself in classical literature, and traveled across Europe, witnessing the most vibrant forms of life and the most sacred mountain peaks.

He climbed the world’s most sacred summits and explored cities with his uncle, building friendships and helping others. At 26, inspired by Professor Paul Niehans’ life-changing medical work, he could no longer remain content with aristocratic comfort. He conceived a vision to uplift people worldwide and tirelessly pursued this calling.

By chance, the Duke was invited to an international biotechnology symposium, where he met a medical expert who shared his vision. After in-depth discussions, they established a cell biology laboratory, naming it “Vova” — a name imbued with Zen-like meaning, expressing the founders’ hope that people’s bodies could grow as healthily as plants, with cells continuously regenerating, while reminding every member to uphold the highest quality standards in service of global health.
